It really is very frustrating to have a weak battery that cannot hold much power to last a day with average activity. Reasons for a weak battery are the misuse of the battery and the lack of proper maintenance. The capacity of a mobile phone battery is measured by its standby time and talk time. It is measured in milli-amph hours (mAh). Rechargeable batteries have three main types, Nickel Cadmium (NiCd), Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH), and Lithium Ion (LiIon). Lithium Ion (LiIon) batteries are what you find in most mobile phones and in order to preserve the battery you might want to follow these steps.
This is the most basic of hand held power drills. It is a simple electric drill with one speed and one direction. It is mainly good for drilling holes in wood, metal, plastic, and soft metals. It is not the ideal choice of drill to use for applications such as driving screws. Since the speed is not variable and the drill only operates at a higher RPM, you would likely either strip the screw head or snap the head off the screw if you tried. You will not likely find many of these around today as their uses are rather limited.

The battery will re-charge a little if placed on a hot surface, like a radiator. Never place a mobile phone battery on a hot surface! There is a significant chance of explosion with extreme heat. A modern Lithium mines Ontario battery becomes less efficient the warmer it gets.
Don't empty the battery completely. Modern safety circuits take care of this, but if you take it to 3% capacity, then leave it like that for three months, it's most probably going to be damaged and lose some of its maximum capacity. If you have to store it for a while, charge it to 60%, and leave it like that in a dry and cold place.
Grooming items are iffy but worth checking out. Shampoo is a decent find as are scrubbies/loofahs. Items like Chapstick and Vaseline can often be found there and my very favorite soap (Yardley oatmeal and almond) is almost always available at the dollar store. Nail files, packages of combs, tooth flossing sticks are of value. Skip the cotton swabs (too flimsy and could be dangerous), make-up (due to lack of regulation), and make-up remover pads (can I just say UGH!?).
